Our Board of Directors

The composition and tasks of the board are regulated in the articles of association. The members of the board do not receive any remuneration for their work. They are entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties on the basis of declarations. 

A fee is provided for preparing for and attending a board meeting in accordance with the guideline provided by the Dutch government as included in Article 2 of the Decree on fees for advisory boards and committees (Besluit vergoedingen adviescolleges en commissies).

In the years of establishment of the Foundation, this vacation is waived. In the following years, on the advice of the Chairman of the Board, the vacancy will be determined in accordance with the aforementioned guideline.
